01Who we are
An owner, and nothing more.
Our role is limited to holding equity interests in separate companies.
DEROVA GROUP LLC does not sell goods or services, and it takes no part in the day-to-day business of the companies it owns. Each company is a separate legal entity, acts through its own officers and is solely responsible for its own contracts and obligations.
We keep the structure simple, take a long view and meet the rules that apply to us as a holding company.
